Probably nothing... maybe roll his eyes, he'd probably be flattered but keep his mouth shut. I find it interesting how you have a normal "Extra" in "Extraordinary" with E and then an "Xtra" with X, lol. On www.uproar.com there's a game called "acrophobia" which reminds me of these acrostics.
