Has somebody listened the promo single call Have A Nice Day or does somebody have the new Bon Jovi Album?. I already have it. The songs are very good and most heavy that in the two previous works. The single is very cool and it has become one of my favorite songs. Bon Jovi is my favorite band. Maybe bigfanofsage has seen something related with Bon Jovi or some Smirk, since he from New Yersey the same as this rock band. What do you think about Bon Jovi? Smirk

Bon Jovi rocks!
I was just at a Bar Mitzvah this weekend and they were blasting his 80's hits!
Okay... Bon Jovi trivia for you...
While still in his teens (he was 18) John Bon Jovi made his professional debut singing "R2D2, We Wish You A Merry Christmas" on the Star Wars Holiday album put out in 1980.
You will be hard pressed to find an unintentionally funnier song. I am sure that Bon Jovi has repressed this bleak recording and does not list it in his "best of" moments.
I actually have an MP3 copy of it and have nearly soiled myself from the laughing.
It truly is a thing of beauty.

Wow, I know many things about Jon and Bon Jovi, but what you post here I didn't know. Thanks. With regard to your opinion about the single, I don't understand why you say that it is an unintentionally funny song . You also say that Have A Nice Day is not in the "best of" moments of Bon Jovi. That is you opinion and I respect it. For me this song is inside the best of the band. I think that it is at the same level that Livin' On A Prayer, You Give Love A Bad Name or It's My Life. The guitar solo of Richie is very good and Tico plays the drums in an incredible way. Also, the lyric contains a great message. The last thing that I knew about the album is that it is second in the lists of sales of USA and first in Canada.

Um... I didn't venture to give my opinion of Have a Nice Day. My comments about the unintentionally funny song were in regard to the Star Wars Christmas Song. With lyrics such as: R2D2 we wish you a merry Christmas, R2D2 we love you its true R2D2 we wish you a merry Christmas, (a merry christmas!!) we hope our little message gets to you! The album can still be purchased at places like Amazon this is the what it looks like: Its my hunch, that HAVE A NICE DAY is far better then R2D2... but it's just a hunch.

Nooo!!!!!, I have made a serious error. You please excuse me, I thought than that was your opinion with regard to Have A Nice Day. I confused, since you named Bon Jovi and not to Jon. I am not accusing you of anything, the whole blame is mine. I never thought that all that you post was about the Star Wars Christmas Song. I'm sorry .

"They are a huge band" - I always thought they were of average height and girth.
They do rock.

What?!!!! It than I wrote was a stupidity sincerely. There are two options: that day was very hurried and I didn't put too much attention to what I wrote or I am becoming crazy. I think that the last option is the most guessed right one. Really Bon Jovi is a great rock band. They do a perfect music. Have you listened the song called Unbreakable?. This song is a Bonus Track in the Japanese and Britsh edition of Have A Nice Day. It is a true song of Hard Rock, very good, with a sensational guitar solo. It is a pity that is not inside the twelve official songs of the Album. Hopefully they play it in Live.
