Is it better than the book? It's my favourite Harry Potter book so if they screwed it up I'm going to be SO angry.

it leaves out a lot of the sub plots - like most of the stuff with the annoying reporter woman, but it sticks to the tri wizard tornament and sets up the characters for the next movie quite well. When it ended, you'll be wanting more. I imagine that the dvd will be unbelievable if they include extended scenes.
i loved the film. so, i recommend it.

Aw, me too. It's hard not to get attatched to him, he was so nice. His father was a real *ahem* though.

it is based on a cartoon that came out in the mid 90s on MTV's liquid television show and featured multiple episodes (usually very short episodes) where Aeon almost always died - kind of like Kenny on South Park... and there was no dialog or VERY limited dialog.
The creator of the show then turned it into a very brief prime-time cartoon where she no longer died and actually spoke. That one season and vanished quickly - while talk was made of a second season, it never happened.
It was stylish and strange. If they get any of it right for the movie, it should be interesting.
