... Ok so the only thing that prompted me into actually making this thread was because of Lior's comment in the HP thread.
Ok, I lie. I'm also an avid avid nut of a fan...
I -adore- the Narnia series and was so upset at the tender age of 8 to find it over in 7 books. ;.; While the books are written and aimed at young kids, can anyone who read them have not tried finding a magical land in the back of their wardrobe or looked at a picture of a ship and wondered "what if"? (I have to admit that Narnia put me off trains, though. O.o I didn't like that bit!)
I think the characters are so much more human in many cases than some other books, or perhaps that's just because I love it so much and I've read them waaaaaaay too often, but nothing brightens up a sad day than thinking of something like Peter and Lucy playing or Eustace swinging Reepicheep by his tail (it's cruel, true, but it's also comedy!).
I'm gonna shut up now... ^.^; *wanders off to bed*

Ah, Narnia. They're good books, you just have to get into them. Everytime I start reading one, I get a strange craving for turkish delight...odd...:\
